HCA is continuing to implement the use of the Telephony system with Generations. You should be completing the login and logout steps at the beginning and end of every shift. In the event that you are having issues with the app or do not have a device capable of downloading the program, you are still required to use the telephony system to document your time using the telephony phone number.
The telephony program will be used to track hours for all aides, replacing the use of timesheets. Failure to properly and consistently use this program may result in a delay of pay. TIMESHEETS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED BEGINNING DECEMBER 1, 2019. Follow the link below for detailed instructions. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the office immediately.

Please make sure to update your address and all other personal information with the office to ensure the accuracy of your W-2 form. All W-2s will be mailed out by January 31, 2020. You can also access electronic copies on the IOI Pay Portal. If you need assistance with access please contact the office.
