Staff Update – Time Sheet Policy

Effective immediately there will be a strict enforcement on time sheets being filled out correctly and completely.  ALL TIMESHEETS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING TO BE ACCEPTED:

  • Aide name, correct pay period, and worked shifts listed.
  • Boxes checked to explain what services were provided.
  • Client signature *(Or a valid explanation as to why not)

If an incomplete timesheet is turned in, it will be placed aside and you will be contacted to come and pick it up to make the necessary corrections. If the corrected timesheet is not resubmitted before 5pm on Tuesday the hours listed on that timesheet will not be paid out and will be added to the next period once timesheets are received.
