Home Care Alternatives caregivers are SO amazing that we couldn’t choose just 1 employee of the month, so we decided to recognize 3!!!..“Above the Call of Duty” Award:Alice has shown us just what word CARE stands for in caregiver! Alice has been with Home Care Alternatives for 4 years. Throughout her employment, Alice has always been willing to help out on additional cases when needed but, this last year is when we saw Alice really show us what she was made of! Alice works full time with her permanent client and has regularly covered shifts with clients who needed her advanced skill and care. Thank you for going Above the Call of Duty!

“Spotlight” Award: Marie has been with Home Care Alternatives for a little under a year. Her natural caregiving abilities and agreeable personality won the hearts of her clients and was immediately requested as a permanent caregiver on their case.
